Groove Type Ultrasonic FlowmeterIt Is An Ultrasonic Flow Meter Designed Specifically For Groove (clamp) Connection Pipelines, Using Time Difference/Doppler Method To Measure Flow. It Has No Mechanical Components, No Pressure Loss, And Is Easy To Install. It Is Suitable For Groove Type Pipeline Systems Such As Fire Protection, Water Supply And Drainage, And Municipal Pipeline Networks.
1、 Core Structure And Principles
Main Body: Integrated/split Sensor+converter, Groove Flange/clamp Connection, Directly Connected To Groove Pipeline.
Principle: Calculate The Flow Velocity By Measuring The Time Difference Between The Forward/backward Propagation Of Ultrasonic Waves, And Then Combine It With The Pipe Diameter To Obtain The Flow Rate; No Throttling, No Wear And Tear.
Sealing: The Sensor And Pipeline Are Reliably Sealed And Compatible With Common Groove Diameters Such As DN50-DN600.
